Research Techniques for Psychology & Social Sciences Online
Discover essential research strategies tailored for students in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Sciences, and the Social Sciences. This session is especially designed for MFT, MSW, Psychology, PsyD, and all JFK School of Psychology & Social Sciences students.

- Build effective topic searches in Navigator Search
- How to find theories, diagnostic criteria, and symptoms
- Access and navigate subject-specific databases such as APA PsycArticles
- Locate key clinical resources, including the DSM-5
The webinar will also include time for Q&A.
This webinar is hosted by Jamie Diermier, MLIS, MA, Reference & Instruction Librarian, NU. A 2020 graduate of the JFK School of Psychology, Jamie specializes in psychology and law research support.
