Have you ever wondered whether you need permission to use an image, song, picture, or other resource in your research or school projects? Curious about the differences between copyright infringement and plagiarism? Copyright 101 will provide clarity.

Attendees of this webinar will learn the basics of US copyright law, including Fair Use and other exceptions to copyright. There will also be a brief introduction to Creative Commons licenses.

Danielle Steinhart brings expertise in copyright and fair use law to her role as an OER & Curriculum Support Librarian at the National University Library.
